An interesting article about how the sleep/wake cycles of teens differ from that of adults.

Very interesting. I liked the point the article makes about using those sleep patterns to your advantage by trying to have conversations late at night.

I also think that's a huge advantage of homeschooling, you can allow teens to have a schedule that more closely fits their needs. I know my sister did her last year of high school at an alternative school where she could set her own schedule and pacing for classes. Sh e took all her classes in the afternoon and early evening and only did one or two classes at a time it really helped.
